part time or full-time Compensation depends on your ability to understand and
execute the techniques listed below. This is not a W-2 type position. This is a
1099 position allowing you to earn as much as you are willing to work for.

You will be working with and learning from investors doing wholesales,
multi-family dwelling acquisitions, rehabs/fix and flips, REO related work,
short-sales, cash flow rentals and much more.
We are willing to train new investors or help sharpen your skills if you have
some experience, but you must be eager to learn, close the deal, make a healthy
profit money and move on to the next deal. We like to work with decision
makers. We will work with you towards your success. If you are an experienced
Investor we'll take you to the next level. You must be entrepreneurial minded
and ready to take action. We are looking for someone that can produce results
once we train them.
