Here is a letter that I mail to my local Health Care Providers to ask them to consider getting more business as a provider via the Ameriplan Discount Program. Help me to help you, your family and friends to save money on your healthcare needs.

If you are not yet reaping the savings by being a member, I strongly suggest that you check it out.

Good morning Health Care Provider,

Hello.
My name is Terry (Ter) Scott and I want to send you more business by personal invitation.

Before you think that this is some fancy ad and not worth your time to read, know that you may be losing more clients than you think and further know that I can change that. I and others work and live right here in the Twin Ports and need your service. If you’ll allow me just a few moments of your time, I will show you how to be rewarded with more clients; cash paying customers.

Before I share this one action step (it takes only minutes) to increase your client base, let me share why you should. Here are statistics as to why your clients leave; (these percentages seem constant over the years that I’ve been a marketing consultant):
·         68% leave because they are upset with the treatment they’ve received (Customer Service)
·         14% are dissatisfied with the product or service
·         9% begin doing business with the competition
·         5% seek alternatives or develop other business relationships
·         3% move away
·         1% die
I’m not going to address each of the above points (I address those in my Marketing for Healthcare workshops and seminars) except to state the obvious: all healthcare providers need more clients to replace those that leave.

I said that I will send you more clients. Here’s how. I am the local distributor for Ameriplan ® Discount Program and my customers are seeking your service. I will refer them to you!

I don’t work at or for Ameriplan ® and I don’t register prospective Healthcare providers. But, I will tell you how to get on board with this this company that is taking the USA by storm offering money saving programs to those who could be your clients; some who may have become one of the statistics mentioned above, leaving your business to go to a provider already listed on the Ameriplan ® website!

Here’s your one action step to increasing your client base, join Ameriplan ® as a healthcare provider in your category. I gain nothing directly by taking the time to compose this letter, hand address and stamp it and get this to you except to have one more place that local members can come to for your type of service. I will refer my member/customers to you.

Get the details by watching a very short video at: www.nolimithc.com. Then click on “LOCATE PROVIDERS” in the left column. You’ll either see your competitors listed or if you are really fortunate, no one or only a few in your service category are listed. Either way, Ameriplan ® is looking for Healthcare providers to help meet the needs of its members. If you want more clients (cash paying patients) with no claims to file and now interference in making healthcare decisions visit Ameriplan ® at:  http://www.ameriplanusa.com/go/for-providers.aspx. Please save my contact information as I would be glad to answer any questions you may have.

I look forward to sending you more business.
Terry (Ter) Scott

PS. Please let me know when you’ve become a provider and I will promote you to my local customer base.
