Walgreens gives seniors a chance at $3,000 just for doing a quick survey after purchasing. I saw this on my receipt when I was there recently and wanted to pass this word along to anyone who buys there. Also, be sure to print and use your InCareRX card shown here, place clear tape over it and use it the next time you visit their (or over 60,000) pharmacy.
(When I did the survey, it timed out on me and it is quite long; basically, it's as if you are a secret shopper with all the questions asked. But it's not hard. Just be prepared to finish in one sitting because if you leave and come back you have to start again from the beginning.
